From Labor & Delivery Nurse To Feeding Specialist

My name is Nichole McCloy, and I've spent more than 20 years caring for mothers and babies as a Registered Nurse, IBCLC, and former Labor & Delivery nurse.

For more than 16 years, I had the privilege of caring for families during some of the most important moments of their lives. I watched parents welcome their babies, celebrate milestones, and begin their feeding journeys.

But over time, I noticed something.

Many families were struggling long after they left the hospital.

Some were dealing with painful breastfeeding.

Some were worried about weight gain.

Others felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure who to trust after receiving conflicting advice.

Too often, parents were told everything was fine when they knew in their gut something still didn't feel right.

That's why I created Fort Worth Lactation & Tongue Tie Specialists.

Our mission is simple: help families find answers, identify the root cause of feeding challenges, and create a clear plan forward.

Today, our team has helped thousands of families throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex navigate breastfeeding challenges, bottle-feeding concerns, weight gain issues, oral restrictions, pumping questions, and complex feeding journeys.

If you're exhausted, overwhelmed, confused by conflicting advice, or simply wondering whether what you're experiencing is normal, you're exactly why this guide was created.
